The time we schedule for your care is important to maintaining excellent oral health. At First Impression Dental, we value you as a patient and appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. Should you no longer be available for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel your appointment with a 24-hour notice, you will not be charged. Otherwise, you will be charged a $250.00 fee for a missed treatment with the doctor and a $150.00 fee for a missed hygiene appointment. This “no-show charge” is not reimbursable by your insurance company and you will be billed directly for it.

This policy helps ensure that clients on the waiting list can make an appointment, and allows us to continue offering the highest levels of care.
